  10. note:     ColourLock allows You to set and lock Workbench screen palette.
  11.           Extremly useful if Your Workbench has more than eight colours
  12.           Palette is read from given IFF ILBM or IFF DR2D file.

  14. features: - grabs palette from IFF file, no more typing hundreds of RGB
  15.             values. Just prepare palette with Your favourite paint program
  16.             and voila! 
  17.           - can override IPrefs palette settings (FORCE switch).
  18.           - StyleGuide compliant.
  19.           - works with gfx cards, NOT TESTED!
  20.           - short and fast.
  21.           - parses IFF file with iffparse.library.
  22.           - made in Poland:-)
